wondering what year it is…

twice today, seperate people walked up and asked me, “what year is it?” the first guy out in front of Ace Hardware, let me know he had had a Z in highschool just like mine. “man, was it fast.” i’m not sure i believe him, or he’s just getting old. when i popped the hood, he fingered for the latch under the front of the hood. woops. the second young man out in front of tully’s coffee hadn’t even been born when this Z came out quickly mentioned that he had had a 240Z but had to sell it. more than a passing comment, and byproduct of successful marketing, the Z has really won the hearts of several generations.
